The Board of Arbitrators and Auditors consists of three full members and two alternate members elected directly by the Assembly. Currently in office until May 2023:

  • President: Renato Campi - Canepa & Campi of Genoa
  • Member: Paolo Spataro - Jonassohn of Genoa
  • Supplant: Camilla Baglietto - Francesco Baglietto & Figlio of Savona
  • Supplant: Lorenzo Sanna - Monti & Barabino of Genoa

The Board shall be chaired by the member who has received the most votes from the Assembly, or who has been chosen by the same Board in the event of a tie in the number of votes cast. The Board must give a prior opinion on all applications for the admission of new Companies, as well as settle all disputes between Member Companies and the Association, or Member Companies and Bodies of the Association in addition to the provisions of Articles 7, 8 and 20 of the Articles of Association. It must supervise the regular maintenance of the Association's accounts and prepare a report that must accompany the final financial statements as per Article 10. The Board shall hold office for two years and shall be elected by the Assembly held in the year in which the President and members of the Board of Directors are not elected. All social disputes, if any, between the Member Companies and between them and the Association or its organs shall be submitted, to the exclusion of all other jurisdiction, to the jurisdiction of the Board of Arbitrators and Auditors, which shall judge in equity on the basis of the Articles of Association and Bylaws and the laws as applicable, without procedural formalities. Regular minutes must be taken of the meetings of the Board of Arbitrators and Auditors.
